JOB TITLE: MERCHANDISER

Job Summary:
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring the proper stocking, display, and promotion of Westerhall Estate Ltd. products at retail locations. This includes maintaining relationships with store managers, ensuring product availability, and providing market insights to support sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Restock products in assigned retail outlets in compliance with company guidelines.
Maintain product visibility and ensure shelf organization according to brand standards.
Track and report stock levels to prevent shortages.
Submit a Daily Activity Report documenting store visits and merchandising tasks.
Conduct a mandatory office check-in at the start of each workday.
Provide proof of attendance at all assigned locations.
Build strong relationships with retail store managers to improve brand presence.
Monitor competitor products and pricing.
Assist with setting up promotional displays.
Assist in tracking sales trends and customer feedback.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet set deadlines.
Physical ability to lift and arrange products on shelves.
Access to reliable transportation.
