Job Title: Project Manager


Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to coordinate key business initiatives across the company. This role will oversee multiple projects with an initial focus on supporting our tours and experiences at Westerhall Estate; but also support for, but not limited to: marketing campaigns, events, operational enhancements, and growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project management from concept through execution and review for our Tours & Experiences at Westerhall Rums.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with vendors, tour operators, and other external partners.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams

  • Manage communication between departments to keep projects aligned and moving forward.

  • Manage and coordinate tours, tastings, experiences, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.

  • Help bring creative ideas to market efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist with the introduction of events at Westerhall estate, working closely with operations manager.

  • Review workflows and recommend efficiencies.

  • Implement systems, reporting tools, and best practices for project management.

  • Track KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or business delivery roles.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience in drinks, spirits, alcohol, hospitality, or consumer brands is an asset

  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello).
