Dark, Rum No. 7

Westerhall Rum No. 7 is a medium bodied rum blend with a mix of rum aged for a minimum of seven years. This rum has a unique robust flavour, aroma and texture, with the hints of spices along with a strong molasses or caramel overtone.

Dark and Robust. This rum is perfect to sip alone, but can used as added flavour in tropical drinks or mixers, like a Classic Rum and Cola. The complexities of the rum are strong enough to denote itself in a mix, but yet, enhance it.

Colour: Rich amber with Golden Copper Hues

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Deep, rich and inviting opens with oak, layered with hints of caramel and charred wood, suggesting depth and maturity.

  • Palate: Deep, slight sweetness, robust flavour, rich and rounded, silky structured texture with a mouth coating warmth.

  • Finish: Long, warming and harmoniously spiced, gentle dryness emerges at the end, along with along heat reflecting maturity.
