Westerhall White Jack is an amazingly smooth, overproof white rum. Bottled at 69% alc. by volume, yet is extremely clean in character, with a captivating taste. One of our original blends, and has become a classic staple in Rum Shops and restaurants around Grenada.

Smooth with a hit, lingers on the palate. Well suited for cocktails and mixed drinks, island favourite of sipping when chilled or as a neat shot.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Powerful, Clean and Bright. An Immediate intensity due to 69ABV. Clean yet commanding with hints of a mineral edge.

  • Palate: Bold character, clean, refined edge and fiery. Delivers a potent warming hit upfront with clean semi sweet mid palate. Despite high proof its surprisingly smooth.

  • Finish: Warm. Lingering and drying. It leaves a cleansing warmth on the palate without a harsh burn. Hallmark of a well-crafted overproof rum.
