Although much need not be done to enhance our 10XO rum, a favourite 10XO cocktail of ours is this take on the old-fashioned cocktail.
RECIPE:
2 oz - 10XO Rum
1 Spoon - Demerara Syrup (sub: Simple Syrup)
2 Dashes - Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel
TO MAKE:
In a mixer, combine 10XO Rum, syrup, and bitters with ice and stir vigourously. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
